Let us know your concern by filling out the contact form at the top right corner of PineFalls.com. After filling out the form, you will receive an RMA number. It is important that you include your purchase invoice number when you contact us. We will send you a confirmation email that we received your return request with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number or RMA.
We are doing our best to give you the best customer service and we are handling all requests in a very systematic manner. All requests go through this procedure.
We offer our customers limited warranty storewide. To take advantage of our warranty service, please include a printed copy invoice of your purchase. Send the invoice to us and we will repair the defective product at no cost. We have the right to forfeit warranty service if a customer fails to present proof of purchase.

It is important that you pack the return product in a manner that it was shipped to you.
Make sure to include the following:
• Hardcopy of the original proof of purchase or invoice
• RMA number should be written legibly outside the package.
Initial shipping cost should be shouldered by the customer. We will ship back returned items or requested parts to you at no cost via USPS.
