Return Policies

General Policy

This policy only applies to products that were purchased directly from PineFalls.com.

All purchased products that are requested for return should have a RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization. For information on how you can acquire your RMA, please go here. Products that are not qualified for return will be sent back to you. Shipping cost and other expenses will be shoulder by the customer.

These are the products that are not qualified for return:
• Products that are not purchased from PineFalls.com.
• Products without a serial number or with invalid, unreadable serial number. This includes products with damaged, missing, or altered serial number.
• Products that are shipped back without its original accessories or not in its original packaging.
• Products that are not returned with their original retail box, cables, manual and other things that it comes with like the day you received it from us.
• Products without UPC code.
• Products with signs of physical damage.
• Products which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.

Standard Return Policy

• We give refund if a product (selected products only) is returned within 10 days.
• Request for product replacement is only valid within 10 days after purchase.
• We charge a restocking fee for product returns.

Products that are covered by this Standard Return Policy should be returned to us within 10 days of purchase (please refer to your invoice date). “Returned purchases” are products that are already shipped back to us, not mere products with a corresponding RMA.

Mail-In Rebate Policy

A product that is purchased with a mail-in rebate does not fall under our Standard Return Policy. A product with a mail-in rebate is non returnable once the rebate has been used. Make sure that the products you purchase with a mail-in rebate are fully functional and something that you intend to use and keep before using your mail-in rebate.

Products without UPC codes or without serial numbers is not valid for returns. You can get in touch with the product manufacturer in case you want to request for a replacement of a defective product without a UPC code.

Quantity Purchases

Customers are more than welcome to make bulk orders. But please take note that for orders 10 or more, payment is non-refundable. Most of our products in our inventory are intended for single purchase order although we are more than happy to accommodate your bulk orders. But please take note that upon completion of your purchase, we will not be able to refund back your payment.

Product/service warranty and Standard Return Policy still applies on the items you purchased. For any questions on bulk buying, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Return for refund within: non-refundable
Return for replacement within: non-replaceable

As of the moment, we do not offer express warranty but most of our products are covered by Manufacture’s Warranties. You can check information and other details of Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy of the corresponding manufacturers’ official website. You can also get detailed information of manufacturer warranty by getting in touch with Customer Service Representatives. Products that are under manufacturer’s warranty is non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

For repair request or replacement, products should be returned to the manufacturer, unless otherwise required by state law. Under the warranty policy, it is noted that all request for returns, repairs or replacement should be requested and handled solely by the end-user of the purchased item.
