How To Find Products

Pine Falls is classified into a number of categories. Each category is located on the blue tab just at the left side of your computer screen. To browse a category, please click on its corresponding tab, doing so will take you to a list of subcategories in that category.

For example, if you are looking for a DVD player, you would click “Home Entertainment”, then “DVD Players”. And from there, you can check out a number of products we have for you under that classification.

Search Techniques

To make searching for products easier for you, you can also make use of the Search Button located at the top left of your computer screen. If you have a specific brand name in mind or a specific product you want to search for, simply enter product or brand name, hit enter and you will be directed to a list of corresponding products related to the product or brand names you typed in.

One Word Search

If you want broader results, you can also type in a single word in the search box. For example, if you type in “phone”, you will be directed to all products that contain the word “phone”. This will also display non-products containing the word “phone” in all categories.

Combo Search

This gives you the option to search two words at a time. You can type in a phrase or set of words to narrow down your product search.

Some Tips on Finding Products
• Capitalization or plurals are not needed as you will be given the same results. For example, entering the words “phones”, “phone” and “Phone” will all trigger the same results.
• Make use of brand names or brand models to search for a specific item. It is better to use search terms like “Motorola BackFlip Cell Phone” compared to just using “cell phone”.
• You can omit the word “and” to link words. For example, Cars and Tools mean the same as Cars Tools.
• If you want to search for products using an exact phrase or exact words, you can make use of quotation marks. If you want to specifically search for Nokia 5200 and nothing else, then enter it like this “Nokia 5200”.

About Our Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched with-in 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via United States Postal Service or by Fedex. If you prefer delivery by Fedex with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
